Our Return Policy
We want you to love everything you order from Sparkivo. If something isn't right, we make returns simple. You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return any item for a full refund.
Eligibility
- Item must be unused and in its original packaging
- Return must be initiated within 30 days of delivery
- Proof of purchase (order confirmation email) is required
- Personalised or final-sale items are not eligible for return
How to Return
- Step 1: Email support@sparkivo.com with your order number and reason for return
- Step 2: We'll send you a prepaid return label within 1 business day
- Step 3: Pack the item securely and drop it off at any carrier location
- Step 4: Once received, your refund is processed within 5â7 business days
Refunds
Refunds are issued to your original payment method. Processing times after we receive the return:
- Credit/Debit Card: 5â7 business days
- PayPal: 3â5 business days
- Apple Pay: 3â5 business days
Exchanges
We don't process direct exchanges. Return your item for a refund and place a new order at your convenience.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you received a damaged or wrong item, email us at support@sparkivo.com within 48 hours of delivery. We'll send a replacement immediately at no extra cost.
