Delivery Times
- Standard Shipping (US): 3–7 business days
- Express Shipping (US): 1–3 business days
- Canada: 5–10 business days
- UK & Australia: 7–14 business days
Business days exclude weekends and public holidays. Times are estimates from the date your order is dispatched, not the order date.

- Free Standard Shipping on all US orders over $49
- Standard Shipping (US under $49): $4.99
- Express Shipping (US): $12.99
- International: Calculated at checkout based on destination and weight
Order Processing
Orders placed before 2:00 PM EST Monday–Friday are typically dispatched the same day. Orders placed on weekends or holidays ship the next business day.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use it on our website or the carrier's site to follow your package in real time.
Duties & Taxes (International)
International orders may be subject to customs duties and import taxes charged by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the buyer. Sparkivo has no control over these fees.
Lost or Delayed Orders
If your order hasn't arrived within the estimated timeframe, contact us at support@sparkivo.com with your order number. We'll investigate and make it right.
